General Rules and Regulations

  • Students are expected to reach the school by 9:00a.m.on each working day ie Monday to Friday. However, the school may conduct special activities and events on Saturdays about which the parents will be given prior information.
  • Students must reach the school on time. Late reporting is not allowed.
  • Kindly note the dispersal timing for Pre-School and Pre-Primary Students
    • FOR STUDENTS USING TRANSPORT :     12:10 pm onwards
    • FOR STUDENTS PICKED UP BY PARENT: 12:40pm onwards
    • FOR STUDENTS USING PRIVATE CABS : 12:30 pm onwards
  • Students are expected to wear their identity card along with proper school uniform everyday to school. Students wearing improper uniform will not be allowed to attend the school.
  • Students are expected to bring the following items to school every day:
    • A clean handkerchief(labelled)
    • A clean napkin and apron (labelled). Available at the school uniform counter.
    • Almanac
    • One casual dress and a pair of innerwear(labelled)
    • Shoes, Water bottles, Jackets and Rain coats should be labelled with Name tags of the student.

Rules and Regulations for those using School Transport:-

  • The school provides the Transport facilities on selected Routes. Bus fees is payable in advance for three months along with Tuition fee.
  • Students using school Transport Facility should be present at the pickup point 5 minutes before the given time.
  • Parents / Guardians must be punctual in collecting the child from Transport on return.
  • Feedbacks/suggestions if any, related to school Transport should be communicated to the school authorities. Kindly avoid any discussion/argument with driver/conductor.
  • The driver is authorized to stop the buses at designated stops .The list of stops is prepared keeping in view the convenience and safely of all bus commuters. No child will be picked up from his/her house.
  • If arrangements have been made for a private conveyance to pick and drop of the child from school. It is the sole responsibility of parents to see that the child reaches school/home safety and on time.
  • Parent and authorized guardians are mandatory to carry parent I-card when they come to receive the student from bus stop or school premises, failing which the student would not be handed over.
  • Once student is enrolled for the school transport service, withdrawal will be entertained with one month prior notice.
