Guidelines for Parents

• Almanac is a very important daily communiqué.
  • Parents are requested to check the almanac everyday for any information and should be sign it duly. Almanac will be retained in school every week on Wednesday. Parents are requested to use student almanac for sharing all kinds of information related to school and facilitator
• Nutritious meals mean good health which ensures high performance.
  • Students will be provided with healthy and nutritious mid-day meal. Parents are requested not to send any commercial food item along with their ward to the school.
• Parents-Facilitator Interactions let you know about your child’s progress.
  • Both parents are requested to attend the Parents-Facilitator interactions and all events of the school where their presence is expected. Parents are requested to follow the scheduled time.
• Listening is an art, a great way to bond with your child.
  • Take keen interest in the everyday experiences of your child at school. Be a patient listener and express interest in your child’s development.
• Responsibility is the cost of becoming great.
  • Guide your children to be responsible for their own things at school. However, Shoes, water bottle, jackets and all the other belongings should be labeled with name tags of the child so that they may not lose them and if lost, they can be easily recovered.
• Health is the first priority
  • Please do not send student to school if he/she is suffering from conjunctivitis/small pox/measles /high fever etc.
  • The school has a medical room with all the facilities and immunities with the trained nurse to handle the first aid
  • Kindly inform the school authorities through class facilitators in case of any health problem or complication with student so as to help us handle it suitably.

• Contacting the Office/Headmistress
  • In case of any administrative issue, you can meet the school Admin Office between 10:00am and 12:00 noon on school working days. For academic concern you can meet the headmistress between 9:00am and 10:30 am with prior appointments.
